Even with our set itinerary experience you will be afforded a bespoke menu and finer details will be tailored to you and your guests.
We pride ourselves on deriving packages and bespoke experiences that include everything you need. From the planning stages of designing your itinerary, all the way through to any excursions you wish to enjoy and even the finer details to make your vacation the epitome of a luxury experience, and one you will never forget.
Following your secure booking our Itinerary Discovery Process is how we shall liaise with you and your guests to ensure that we are curating your perfect English Escape in a way that feels good for you.
In order to ensure we cover all aspects of this service it is imperative that we garner as much detail as we can from you and your guests as to how you would like to spend your days and so we encourage you to let us know all the things you love!
Of course there are infinite possibilities but delving into what your interests are, and what the focus for your trip feels like for you will help us to make this fully bespoke to your desires. Should it be an action packed busy itinerary, or a more relaxing affair we have you covered, and of course we offer full flexibility to suit your mood on any given day should you wish to change any aspect during your stay.

As with any day in our Nation of all seasons, we are always mindful of weather dependent activities and being fully flexibility where we can support you is paramount to us to ensure you are not required to concern yourself about any detail whilst on your trip. We will have it covered so you don’t have to!
Following on from your initial discovery process, and one month prior to your stay we will then send out a final discovery form to ensure we are aware of your dietary requirements and needs and any final requests or changes you wish to make based upon the extensive planning thus far. From this point you will be able to choose your dining out experience and spa treatments, which are included in our fully inclusive bespoke packages.
Should you rather like to book one of our set itinerary packages at a reduced rate then by all means you may leave the planning to us, but to fully design your own package with our support, then our bespoke option is absolutely for you!

There are no hidden costs with an English Cottage Vacation, however for your dining experience and spa treatments we offer you a select choice. Should you wish to book something alternative, perhaps, more than a single therapy or a Michelin Star restaurant reservation, extra charges will incur as required. We can guarantee there will be no surprises however and all manner of bookings confirmed before finalised.
