Once you have selected your dates our booking our process is simple…

1 – We will send you an online booking form, which we ask you to complete and return to us via Google Forms

2 – Your agreement will then be forwarded to you, which needs to be checked, signed and returned

And finally,

3 – To secure your vacation, we only require a 25% deposit, which can be paid either by wire transfer at your local bank or an online credit card payment (subject to 4% CC fee). Another 25% is due 6 months in advance of your vacation, with the remaining 50% due 14 days prior to your arrival.

And that’s it, your English Cottage Vacation is secure!

If you have booked our Flagship Tailor-made package this is when we will send your Itinerary Discovery Form so we can start to plan your custom vacation with us that is tailored to you and your guests. **If booking within 6 months of booking, deposit is 50%

***All discovery forms will be sent via Google Forms, which require you to complete all questions as you proceed and prior to submission you will be unable to save your answers. Should you rather prefer to see the questions first you may request them from us and we will send them to you via email.
