How to Reach Well Cottage
London Heathrow is our nearest major international airport, with a comfortable transfer of around 2 hours to Well Cottage.
London Gatwick is just a little farther, and you can expect to arrive at the cottage in about 2 hours and 15 minutes.
No matter which airport you choose, we’ll be there to personally welcome you at arrivals, assist with your luggage, and escort you to our luxury vehicle, where a glass of champagne and light refreshments will be waiting.
If you plan to spend a few days in London or elsewhere in the UK before or after your English Cottage Vacation, we’ll be happy to collect or drop you from anywhere within 3 hours of the cottage on your arrival and/or departure date—just as we would from the airport.
Please note: For our Shared Cottage Experience, pick-up is only available from London Heathrow Airport.

What’s next?
As soon as you have secured your dates, signed your agreement and we have received your deposit the next steps depend on which of our packages you have booked.
If you have booked one of our 7 Night Set Itineraries, you can sit back a relax while we make sure that all of the necessary arrangements for you stay have been made prior to you arrival!
If you have booked our Tailor Made itinerary, we will send you a personal discovery form. This discovery form is designed to find out as much about you and your group as possible, including your interests and dreams of England.
From this information, we will start the process of designing your itinerary and booking your reservations. We are extremely flexible and understand that this process can go through many changes along the way. Our commitment to you is to be patient, communicative and listen, offering advice where necessary.

No matter which of our packages you have booked, 4 weeks prior to your stay with us you will receive your welcome email packed full of helpful information about your vacation and your online preference form.
The preference form is your opportunity tell us about any dietary requirements you have, food and drinks requests, if you have any special occasions to celebrate during your stay, which spa treatments you would like, any medical conditions we should be aware of and any other information you would like to provide us with.
Finally we’ll see you on the day of pickup as we leisurely drive you back through the English countryside to Well Cottage! We cannot wait to pamper you during your stay here with us.
